Tanker Chartering
Our tanker chartering group represents an extensive collection of experience and international backgrounds. On average, our brokers have well over 10 years of commercial experience with many over 20. We regularly communicate with an array of charterers and are closely aligned with US and international owners. Areas of expertise include:

Sale & Purchase
Our Sale and Purchase Group offers expertise across a broad range of areas including:
- Sale and purchase of secondhand marine assets
- Vessel new construction contracting
- Merger and acquisition of marine organizations and/or assets
- Demolition sales
We have relationships in a multitude of shipping centers around the world for the development of newbuilding projects in the shipping sector.
Operations & Administration
Experienced operations and support staff are involved in all aspects of voyage execution and post -contract activities. Our proprietary information technology system, MLISA, allows for the creation and maintenance of "virtual" voyage files, which allows our operations personnel to provide clients 24/7 support.
We also provide demurrage claims management as a part of our comprehensive post-fixture support. Our aim is to assist in the presentation and settlement of claims in a timely manner, keeping in mind applicable time bars and key dates.
Offshore Chartering
McQuilling Offshore specializes in offshore support vessel chartering including crew boats, utility boats, FSVs, FSIVs, OCVs, IMRVs, PSVs, MPSVs, AHTSs, and tug boats, as well as accommodation vessels, pipe laying vessels, and lift boats. We also specialize in oil rig procurement such as jack-up rigs, semi-submersibles and drill ships. Most of our offshore success stems from S&P, consulting and chartering operations in Mexico through our Mexico City office. We have established successful operations within the US Gulf and the Mexican Gulf and, through our worldwide network of offices, are developing business in West Africa and South East Asia.
Freight Forward Agreements
Through our affiliate Ocean Solutions (https://oceansolutions.co/), we actively participate in the wet tanker derivatives market (FFA) in order to provide shipping companies, charterers and derivatives traders a single point of access for all of their financing, chartering and risk management needs.
Ocean Solutions provides FFA brokerage services for more than 100 clients worldwide. These clients are served from dedicated derivatives desks in New York and Florida, where experienced brokers provide 24/7 coverage for the world's leading oil and shipping companies.
